The Xplore recently introduced a new high-quality instrument to its product portfolio. It is made from sturdy materials; a typical "rugged" Xplore design. It is driven by two powerful servo motors to give you the freedom to generate any pellet length accurately from a wide range of materials, from soft rubbers to highly filled engineering plastics.
Of course, CE and UL compliant, with a front access opening panel for easy cleaning. Also, all operating access doors are complete safety-interlocked. First deliveries are expected to be in May 2022.
Below in the YouTube video you will see our MC 40 compounder mixing PBT with CF and our Pro Pelletizer is making small pellets out of the highly filled abrasive PBT/CF strand.
